Nowadays it’s common to use a different app for each specific need.

We use calendars for scheduling, chat platforms and emails for

communication, spreadsheets for everything else. Even when we finally

have it all in order, one person gets sick or a client changes the due

date and we’re back to square one.



Not to mention how hard it is to keep up and make sure everyone’s
