Often, when walking in a city, one can feel overwhelmed. People all around, it all seems to crush in on us.



But this is in a different city. Newport, Rhode Island is also known as "The City By The Sea". While definitely a city, there is a centuries-old vibe that envelops and welcomes people. And the people and shopkeepers want you here.



How do we know that they want you here? Because they even set up places to let you know that you can rest and that you are welcome.
