f thoughts of carbonara are more thrilling than the Colosseum, consider a culinary holiday. “I Cook in Italy” organizes cooking tours for those eager to learn the art of Italian cuisine and wine. The adventure unfolds in Ciociaria, found just 1-hour south of Rome, an off-the-beaten-path town tucked away in the Roman countryside. While it’s nothing like our previous trip, while we were just trying to find things to do in Nashville – it’s a lot more culture and European vibe this time around.
